Not a bad idea...but nobody gets them. Power just isn't that expensive as to make it worth a 400 credit artifact.

Maybe moreso for enchanters, but it'd take years upon years for an alchemist. Ely has done the math.

That already exists! Something like Gloves of Mastery and works for alchemists too.

With my gloves of mastery, I never run out of powerstones. While other enchanters are unable to work for the lack of them, I can continue to make an outrageous profit. Worth every credit. Seriously.
