Yea you drop in rankings as new areas are opened.
Before mount zanoke(sp?) tomborolla valley and xion i was 7th in explorers. Now i have dropped to 10th.
Need to find time to check those places.

I was like 2nd or 3rd for awhile before I went inactive. Kinda funny because I really don't care about going into every single room. I just happened to go into rooms. I guess thats the result from being chased around a lot.

Although actually, it's more that I wanna map everything, the explorer ranking is just a side effect

I still have Xion, Catacombs, and Tosha Pits to explore/map. Also guildhalls, as I only have some from open beta.

Is Xion still all explodey? If so, sucks for us who didn't get to explore before.

Xion's quite non-explody now. Went hunting there with Hiriako and Elysiana not too long ago. Quite nice, if I still find it confusing there.

Very confusing. I'm hoping Caffrey will have better luck mapping the place than I did so that maybe I can manage to not be quite so lost next time we go visit.

The explotions were part of the (oh my it's -that- word) event. They stopped several days after they started, after which Xion and the quest opened up again.

Well I have been to at least most of the areas that opened though, Forren even dragged me to Xion and Frosticia. So only a few aetherbubbles I'm missing. And never through all that has my rank actually gone up. Considering that I'm somewhat in the middle of the rankings that would imply that I'm missing like half of Lusternia.. and I know that's not the case, by far not. Granted I don't bother much about temples, but they usually aren't -that- big either. Well in either case, all I've ever bothered about was to find my way to as good as any place (excluding teh aetherbubbles) and knowing where a death occured if I see it on deathsight... so screw the rankings.

I can get to most places in Lusternia, doesn't bother me too much if I've not been to every single room

I just think it's nice to think that only 216 people have seen more of lusternia than I have, as of right now.

Not big fan of exploring myself, but I am a little ocd about my explorer rank. Only a Worldwalker.. pff..

I rather like exploring. As for checking off rooms on the world map, no, I don't do that.

I just manually map the world as I go. If it's on my map, I consider it checked off.

And if you want i can send you map of lower shallach. In middle level it missing few rooms. but i haev full bottom level. Best place to bash for gold.

I will be sending in a map update soon, but not sure when, as I have some assignments to submit for a course I'm doing at the moment. Tomborolla, Xion, the 4 nexus worlds, and two bits of cosmic that I was missing, have been added. hmm and mount Seirode which I somehow forgot in the last update. I just need to run through them all again, check environment types and add some labels.

Thanks for the offer on Catacombs, others have also offered me maps, but I'll say the same thing I said to them. I would preffer to explore and map it myself.
