Ok so at the moment we have four extras and I'm feeling guilty. Should I give in to my guilt and design a game for 16 (somehow, 16 person games can be a bother to balance) or should I leave it as having 4 backups incase something goes wrong?

Chances are one or two people are going to intrest and stop playing so a couple backups are probably the best way to go.

Make it interesting and don't tell us

We will assume everyone who comments is playing

Maybe we will end up lynching "backups" could be fun!
