So basically you want a griefer's paradise where noone wants to play due to rampant uncontrolled pking?

Umm no, it would make people more wary on prime, most fighting will continue off prime, and people would be more apt to trans planar.. (which makes lusty more money)... Keep avenger, to keep down the griefing. I don't mean it as a tool to grief, but as a way to solve the whole avoid praying by sacrifice situation.

Teh uber bitter usual Ildaudid!
Anyway, so a situation could be
Die
Vitae
Die
Pray
only worse with horrible praying exp loss? And also skewed for credit-buying people

Do you ever truly think before you make these comments tough guy? huh.gif

Removing all rezz skills and raising the loss for praying would be great actually, keep avenger though.

Thank you Torak, at least you saw where I was coming from smile.gif

I nominate Shamarah for the best idea ever award.

Also, Imperian's grace lasts until you reject it.

BAD IDEA!!!!

Imperian is becoming more and more like lusternia, why would lusternia want to become like imperian?

FAR too abusable here, given how influencing and grace work.

Maybe you should actually play the game before you make useless assumptions.

Thats why you make it so you cannot influence will graced.

Imperian's pk system is by far the most simple, comprehendable and best out of all the IRE games.

Sure you could have one player from organization A who chooses he wants to kill every person from a certain organization B , but organization A's rules along with all the fighters in the organization B and city B will stop that from happening and keep him in check.

You clearly haven't played Lusternia long enough tongue.gif Here, let me fix that for you.

Sure you could have one player Narsrim from organization A who chooses he wants to kill every person from a certain organization B , but organization A's rules say nothing about why this is wrong, along with and all the fighters in the organization B and city B will stop that from happening and keep him in check. be completely ineffectual at stoping him.

Its like giving a homocidal man a gatling gun, unlimited ammo and the license to kill whomever he wants without stopping him. I haven't played the game? Perhaps you should look at the environment seperately.

It's not like the Administration in Imperian don't give a flying f* what happens. If one person was to just go on a killing spree and decide everyone needs to die and stay dead then they would be quickly dealt with by said Administration, just like in every other IRE game.

Imperian has MUCH more RP then Lusternia and thats what much of the game is based on.

Your character has to have a reason to want to kill someone, like person A raidz your city then 5 months later (5 days later) you wouldn't be allowed to kill him because IG that was 5 MONTHS AGO and unless that person is your characters archenemy or did something to you so bad that your character would remember for 5 months.

Imperian has better balance between RP and PVP and it works perfectly, you could play the game for a year and never even have to ISSUE someone.
Torak2006-12-23 00:02:20
Ok, just to clear some things up. With avenger in place, who the hell is talking about rapages and mass killings on prime? It wouldn't happen because it doesn't now. All Ild is saying really is that obtaining Titan and high levels is FAR too easy because there is no risk of XP loss anyways due to the absurd amount of rezz skills. It isn't griefing(I used to get pissed about it, but that is life) it is balance. Simple as that.
Tzekelkan2006-12-23 00:05:18
Well, when getting to Demigod becomes too much of a popular fad, we could add level 101 or something. Call it... "Ixigod". tongue.gif

Which of course would be worse than demigod and titan, if the trend is still the same as it is now;

Titan>>>Demigod>>>Ixigod

Didn't anyone ever wonder why Daevos isn't a demigod? Did you all think it was because he was lazy?? tongue.gif
Clise2006-12-23 08:24:12
Hmm Tonbee the RP of this world is such that you WANT all of the otherside to stay dead. Avenger is fine if it remains but should it be taken away like someone suggested....

Okay, you just clarified in the post. From what you had said earlier, it just sounded like a complaint about Celest skills. Now it actually makes sense, though trans planar 'incentive' would be meh. A bought trans skill is...what? $100?
