FYI,

The Funeral for Marina Whytetower message is something I worked out with the player, so please don't bug me with messages or tells or PMs about her "still being alive" because of her honors line.

(I shouldn't have to say it, but I've always had one or two people who do that).

And just out of curiosity, are there any standard "Lusternia Funeral" lore or legend I should consider when conducting this? I know funerals are almost non-existent since there's no perma-death, but I figured I'd ask. Dunno if anybody has funerals for suicided characters at all.

There's no funerals, since really the only people historically who have suicided are the "good riddance" types.

Well, there must historically be funerals - there are graveyards, crypts and mausoleums in in the game after all. And you don't take the time to bury your dead unless you care about where they're 'going.' And that's what funerals are... affirming the destination of the passed so those left behind feel better.

Maybe something should be worked out depending on what order she was a part of, and if she was a guardian.

I remember something from the praying sequence about reincarnation and the draught of forgetfulness or something similar.

Noola, WHAT is with you and disturbing avatars?

The Order of Terentia has funeral services. We bury merian dead we find and we have a ceremony ready incase a member of the Order truely dies but it hasn't been used yet.

I'll make sure I don't leave any dead Merians lying around, I don't want to waste your time
