I'd still do better, votes or not. Just cuz I actually have an RP war already 'a brewing. And like I said, it would make communes and cities happy, since they wont be at war, only people who are in the 2 orders will be.... thus taking player conflicts to a different frontier, and since many love to hate me.... Imagine defiling my shrines!!!! Imagine me talking :censor: to Terentia only to her crashing from the skies into the Shallach river, causing a deep crater in the earth, which quickly fills in with water from the Shallach, but upon further exploration is a series of flooded/unflooded caverns that could be filled with anything, from new denziens that you can harvest unique venoms from, to even Ladantine's private library which was lost underground....

If you want an honest answer, well, I have nothing against Richter OOCly, but really, I don't think he makes decisions based on IC, RP situations and motivations. Given what I've heard of his interaction with Glomdoring and Glomdoring leadership, he just doesn't seem the sort who would make a good RP god.

I wouldn't say this. He made decisions based on RolePlay. Those decisions were in direct conflict with Glomdoring's ideals (and, to be honest, rather in conflict with most other org's ideals-- every org has bans on following Divine, afaik). Richter believes more in Roark's teachings, though he "explores" other orders. That ban is "reprehensible" to him. There were issues with other laws as well... but every single one of them was IC, and every interaction between him and the Court was IC (save for a big forum rant at the conclusion of one such interaction, which didn't change anything in-game).

The fact that his character doesn't fit in with the traditional "I hate you, and you, and you" roleplay doesn't mean that he is OOC, or that he doesn't have RP motivations. I will admit that it COULD be seen that way, if your character has been in many such situations and then suddenly just discards them all of a sudden to deal with person X-- but I don't believe that is the case in this situation.
