Well then I'll roleclaim. The only thing my role says is that I'm a gunsmith(it said astrologer with gunsmith in parensesis, though) and I can check a person once each night to see if they have a weapon or not(although not which side they are on.)
I checked Verithrax last knight and it did say he had a weapon, which means he's vigilante, serial killer, mafia, or cop, or I'm crazy.
It says nothing about a mason in my role.

Tsaephai is lying, or insane.

Hrm...you're probably right, but I don't know If I want to be the final vote for the lynch...
Mirk2007-01-23 02:28:24
-------------------------2nd post----------------------------
Well, VOTE: Tsaephai since this doesn't seem to be going anywhere, and Verithrax and company are probably correct...
Noola2007-01-23 03:21:19
So, is that the six then?
Unknown2007-01-23 05:39:19
Yeah, that'd be six.

A few Lusternians gather about, keen to see where the day can take them. Accusations are thrown back an forth, fur is pulled and feathers are plucked but an eventual silence falls over the crowd as none seem to wish to cast the last stone.

"Meh..." says one, pelting a fist-sized rock at a pitiful Mugwump's face.

Tsaephai, Mafia Astrologer (gunsmith) has been lynched!

It is now Night Two. Same deal as before, night choices to me and no talking unless your role allows.
Unknown2007-01-27 23:30:16
Sorry everyone, I was away for a few days seeing a friend off who is moving to the UK.

You wake to find the body of Sarvasti the Townie.

It is now Day Three

With 9 alive it's 5 to lynch!
Mirk2007-01-28 02:49:49
I'm going to VOTE: OKIN, because he was kind of defending Tsaephai earlier and didn't vote.
Verithrax2007-01-28 03:05:33
Vote: Okin
Daganev2007-01-28 03:34:03
Tsaephai apparently wasn't lying, I'm going to fos Verithrax.

On, that subject, why would Requiem say she was a mason?

Who knows! I'd have to look up all the rules of masons and gunsmiths. sad.gif

In a twisted tail of lies and craizness, perhaps requim knew he was a gunsmith and wanted to find a strange way to have him killed off. Maybe requim was a cult member or something, who knows.

Alroight.

I am a COP (more specifically, a dwarven detective).

N1 I investigated Okin because he did a number of things that just made my scumdar ping but that I didn't have anything specific to point to. He is mafia. (I didn't investigate Tsaephai because I figured he'd be lynched the next day anyway.)
N2 I investigated Faethyr for defending Tsaephai. He is also mafia.

Now, it is possible that I am not sane. However, I think these two people are both scum and I'd be pushing for their lynching even if I weren't a cop. Yesterday they both seemed to be stalling on the Tsaephai lynch claiming not to understand the argument, both even using very similar words to say it:

I'm gonna withhold my vote until I understand this better.

QUOTE(Okin @ Jan 21 2007, 02:32 AM) 375632
Having said that, I don't understand the argument against Tsaephai at ALL, so I'm going to ask that someone who understands it (I assume that everyone voting for Tsaephai understands it) please explain it.

Vote: Okin
Daganev2007-01-28 03:54:20
Sounds good to me. Vote Okin
Lysandus2007-01-28 04:06:45
Vote: Okin, because as was mentioned above, defending someone might be considered 'suspicious' especially if both are Mafia members. After all, birds of the same feather, stays together (and defends one another).
Unknown2007-01-28 07:18:01
For some reason unknown to Estarra, the days in the Basin get shorter and shorter. Without barely a moment's breath you string up Okin, Mafia tarot reader (psychiatrist) and go back to bed without delay.

It is now Night Three, same deal as before.
Unknown2007-01-30 12:52:31
You wake to find the body of Daganev, furrikin doctor and townie sprawled on the floor.

It is now Day four

With 8 alive it's 5 to lynch.
Verithrax2007-01-30 22:07:24
Curious. It seems Daganev was just being... Daganev.

I suppose Ytraelux is next in line, but let's wait for what Shamarah has to say.

What, so I'm guilty because we both used the word "Understand"?

Shamarah, I can promise you here and now that you must be paranoid, or maybe insane or something like that. And you're not trusting me because I want more evidence than a madman's ravings to lynch someone? I can my vote for Mr. I'm-gonna-get-as-many-people-hung-on-hardly-even-circumstantial-evidence-as-possible man. Vote: Shamarah
Verithrax2007-01-30 22:57:07
The fact that Daganev was killed also makes me suspicious of Shamarah, as he was in my opinion the most clear-cut target IF he was actually a cop.
