Until just now, I hadn't read through the Mafia wiki. I thought when Quidgyboo first posted the link that it was primarily for people un-familiar with the rules, but it's actually has some really cool theory involved. I'd recommend reading it.

I also never found anything about sanity, except the three person Mafia variation, but I pretty much deduced how sanity affected you. I just wanted to be certain.

I was about to appologize for not being around to add any more input, but apparently I'm not the only one.

I still don't like Verithrax's behaviour, and its nothing personal. I don't understand why someone who's taking the game seriously on any level would announce that they don't know thier own role so quickly, and not send private PMs.

I'll send out prods soon, but I'll assume people are just busy recovering from New Years for now.

Hmmm... I was trying to avoid saying things, because saying things seems to equal death. However, nothing's happening, so I thought about changing my vote to get closer to a lynch. Then, I realised how scummy that would look, so now I'm going to set out to convince everyone that my original random choice, Daganev, was indeed a correct one.

Note Daganev's behaviour: the first thing he does is to draw attention away from the mafia, and to the new interesting feature. When I call him out, he quickly denies everything. The second anybody else says something substantial (Verithrax), he immediately votes. Scummy? I think so!

Hmm, very informative first day, I think this is very indicative.
Daganev, Verithrax, and Okin all look scummy to some extent, but I'd say that Verithrax's looks like a mistake of some sort. Daganev certainly looks to be overplaying that about Verithrax, but from what I've seen playing with him a couple games, that's not unussual, and of Okin I'm unsure. So I keep my vote a bit further, and the only real point of this message is to say I'm still here.

What does that mean?

Lots of people have been voted for, lots of people have spoken. You got voted because of what you said AFTER your first post... Do you just like thinking you are a prophet?

I am also curious how asking if the insanity is related to taint or astral is taking attention away from the mafia? In my opinion, if we figured out which one is is RP related to, it would be easier to figure out who the mafia are.

However, it looks like it might just be a game mechanic and not a RP device at all, which would be a shame. (Based on Quid's quick responce and not having just the players discuss it) but who knows... its all very confusing to me.

You have to stay active, posting at least once every 72 hours (more or less, depending how narky I get ). If you'll be away for a period longer than that you can let me know and we will work something out.

Well, I've been keeping up with the voting and everyone's discussion. I think it's too early to tell much right now, but that might be my inexperience talking. I do wonder at some of the more aggressive stances of some of the players... what are they trying to imply?

Hmm..well to my eyes, Daganev does seem kind of bad but I can understand where he's coming from. Not knowing your role isn't a good thing and perhaps Verithrax was just trying to throw us off? Mind you that's not how I feel but maybe what he did. This does make Dag look a bit zealous in his own way too.

And Okin does seem zealous but when he said he didn't want to say anything because it might look scummy..hmm. Did you think that perhaps we would have thought that you were like a few others who had taken time to vote? Even though you were among the first to vote not speaking doesn't always equal bad. Assuming that might mean you've had a history with silence=bad?

I'm just saying my thoughts. And I will also retract my vote and change it to Vote: No Vote. I want to see what else these two have to say because something does seem a bit odd to me.
