I swear the racial bonus for native weapons is alot better than that. In my Taurian days with the same level skills I have now, and same swords (not that that makes a difference anymore) I would miss about one out of every six/seven hits bashing. Now, as an Igasho (even worse dex, but the racial bonus) I only miss about one out of every twenty swings when bashing.

I've done tests, a few thousand hits with and without racial bonus.

Accuracy ~95% without it.
Accuracy ~98% with it.
