Most people I know in WoW are mature, either by age or by mentality. This was the first graphical online game in which I actually met people who are over their 30's. Respect for them, want to be just like them when I'm that age 
I think it really depends from server to server how the mentality is, and I wouldn't really generalize it by server type. And that's half what makes the server fun, a good community that suits your tastes. It's what's keeping me on my server atm, even if it has it's flaws. No place like home.
And I wanted to add, please don't ditch Lusternia. You'll soon notice anyway it's got a high addiction factor as well. Play both and win at gaming

Even tried an RPPVP server and it didn't work...RP server, EU-Argent Dawn to be specific. EU-Defias Brotherhood (RP PVP) is a nice server as well, the community there basically has the overhand. Left my alt there behind though, even if it was nicer than my server it wasn't home for me. Maybe I'm just naturally ignoring all the idiots though
