Greetings Celestians,

I am appalled by the shameless displays of affection that I have had the
misfortunate of bearing witness to. The streets of our city are not
suitable for such wanton acts, such as repeatedly snuggling, licking,
and other similar things. At the Pool of Stars, I can only imagine how
Meleris feels, as citizens repeatedly grope, snuggle, and rudely make
themselves known with seemingly little regard for others. This is to
cease. Limit these acts to the privacy of your homes, manses, and out of
view of our nobles.

And to those claiming it is your right to do such - Methrenton V clearly
prohibits such disorderly conduct. I would imagine being pounced upon to
the level where our trill citizens must constantly preen after being
forced onto the ground is, in fact, disorderly.

Please, keep it private. Occasional shows of affection are nice, but the
level at the Pool has been excessive.

Already have a GHELP for Hartstone that says more than that about lewd acts in public, like snuggling and nuzzling. Also about shouts in general. Dunno why Anaria hasn't put it up yet

I don't see it get too horrible at Mother very often. When it does, someone usually tells the person to tone it down a bit. No big deal.

Serenwilde just had a war because they don't like people outside telling them what to do, but if people on the forums don't want it then they comply.
Sure I suggest people leave it away from the moonhart but have had a few people leave because they didn't like it.

Actually, I don't find Seren that snuggle, but I also don't really spend much time at Mother. Only thing that annoys me a bit is that I'm technically not allowed to hex people if they snuggle me once too often.

Technically, you can ostacize someone for attacking you if they snuggle you, since they're clearly violating personal space. Secondly, you can attack them back, since they're clearly giving you their concent to touch them since they are touching you. Thirdly, hexing them with stupidity and gluttony and such isn't an attack, it's asserting the truth
