We don't need new archetypes until we have more players.
We don't need new archetypes that haven't been betatested.
We don't need a repeat of the bards, where over half their skills did nothing at release, and they were riddled with massive design flaws that kept them from being viable in combat, and they really thinned out the other guilds to fill them.
We shouldn't release new archetypes until the playerbase grows some more anyway. We already have guilds that have serious issues finding active elected leaders.
Yeah, that reminds me - next time you do a new archetype PLEASE have some people test them in combat so we know they're not totally worthless like bards are.

I haven't much to add, save to echo the positive sentiments of others, and to state that I look forward to seeing how things develop in the coming year. Thank you for your hard work.

Estarra, this is an excellent well designed game rich in backstory and very complex.
I appreciate the hard work of all the Divine, and in particular the forbearance of
Lady Terentia. She scares Kaalak.
Things I really appreciate about Lusterina
------------------------------------------------------
+ Divine interaction and willingness to work with players on plots. This alone makes
Lusternia more of a draw than any other game.
+ Being able to contribute to the world with designs, art and stories and things like Library contests that reward it.
+ Learning the backstory actually means something. If you spend the time to read the histories and explore the Basin, when events occur you have a significant advantage.
+ Unique races. Each of the races really have a different feel to them in bashing and combat, and balancing them must have been difficult to code.
+ The people!
What I’d like to see and my two cents.
-------------------------------------------------
+ I’d love to see what happens with the Nexus worlds and organization combat.
Building up Nexus Worlds with expansions like villages in Civ 3 is exciting.
+ The introduction and Newton Caverns need to be revised I think. The introduction is still a bit too generic for the culture that has grown in Lusterina. As a note, for atmosphere, I think Aetolia’s intro is one of the best I have seen.
The Newton Caverns are good for an introduction, mechanically, but they do not carry the theme of the world. Finks, Shroomies and pigs are not seen again in the outer Basin. Mother Mucka and the rest have no real significance in the Lusternian plot. Maybe something that introduces newbies to the Light vs Taint and Serenwilde vs Glomdoring conflict or its history?
+ Something I wanted to ask at the townhall meeting: What would it take to release another City?
Would you need an average active player-base of 150 daily? If the players knew, we may be able to organize and advertise. Just curious.
Thank you for all your hard work and a great game. Looking forward to the next year!

....
I scare a lot of people. It's my charm.
Lightning, anyone?
Seriously, I'm glad that my involvement gives a positive impact to your playing experience in Celest.
If you ever want something specific orchestrated, feel free to drop a PM or email at Terentia@Lusternia.com, I'm constantly trying to keep on top of those things and if there's something that you'd want to comment on, feel free.

Remember the 3 A's, I know I do: Always advertise anyway.

Yes.
(Though, if it's "Don't zap so and so'" it's likely to be ignored. )
Honestly. We're here to help give you a better experience. We're volunteers. We work full time jobs. We come here because we enjoy the impact we can give. If there's a plot you're looking for, or something that you'd like to see, or something else you want to comment on, no matter your organisation, feel free to let me know.
I will say, I can't guarantee it'll happen. (No, you may not marry Nifenhelma. White Hart will not run off to Glomdoring, etc.), but if it's reasonable, sure. We'll see what we can do within reason.

Ooh, I'll have to remember that. Both of the divine that have helped me before have since moved on and had their characters played by someone else.

Thank you for this letter. I know it can be hard to be open with the public.
It's not being open, it's more about standard PR practices. "We did this and that this year, what bad happened was due to external events we had no control over, everything is going to be even better next year, love you all".
But congratulations on Lusternia making its playerbase happy

Because they'll keep quiet, not tell everyone on Bellators or drop huge hints on AIM, and then it will be a huge surprise for the playerbase?

I guess you missed the whole paragraph about personal failings and internal though processes.
