Robert Shea, the co-author of the Illuminatus! trilogy, died in '94.
Greg Hill and Kerry Thornley (Malaclypse the Younger and Omar Khayyam Ravenhurst) shuffled their chewy, savoury, crunchy and lightly crisped mortal coils in 2000 and 1998 respectively.
