I've been jumped there four or five times so far. And yah, I guess they can't actually hunt the Ur'Dead. Still, catacombs is great gold and pretty good XP for 80+ (and yah, it's pretty easy to get to).

Newb questions-
Mags probably wouldn't get jumped though, right? They kinda have a pseudo "ownership" over it, right?
Why can't they hunt the Ur'Dead? I thought they were supposed to be the only ones "allowed" to bash in there.
Is it only the Ur'Dead who give good gold/exp? Or does everything give good stuff?
Heck, what's down there?
Forren2007-01-27 05:46:10
The Magnagorans (or more specifically, the Ur'guard) protect the ur'dead, but I've known a few Ur'guard to actually fight them.
Ur'dead are wonderful XP/Gold.

But you should know it's the Ur'Dead that buy the corpses of the Orcs, Krangar to be specific. Just to add on to what Forren said.
Forren2007-01-27 05:50:19
And also to clarify - the Catacombs have creatures Magnagorans actually do hunt. Catacombs are below Shallach.
Unknown2007-01-27 05:54:08
Ahhhh.....I understand
So the Ur'Dead are the dudes who hang around Krangar, while there is other stuff that is down in the Catacombs.
Don't you get enemied to Shallach if you fight the Ur'Dead? How do you sell the orcs/open the catacombs if you fight them?
Edit - And what about this aetherbubble junk? What is an aetherbubble? How do I get there, and are they viable places to bash?

You can't sell the orcs if enemied. You can open the catacombs with a key krangar drops. Aetherbubbles are basically small planes which are reachable by aethership, in other words you'll need your own ship and know how to pilot, or get someone else to take you there. They are great for bashing.
Anarias2007-01-27 10:57:18
If you ask with enough persistence Krangar will just give you the key too!
Unknown2007-01-27 20:19:51
But killing him is so much more satisfying. It's like he's giving you gold and experience to give you the key.

Are guards really that great for experience? I actually do relatively well even in Tosha at level 78, I just haven't motivated myself to get out and do it much. Haven't spent much time on the guards, just because I only have two of the empowering abilities and three begging, so I can beg more easily. Might learn more soon, though.
Stick with Tosha. Guards are harder, less exp, and, obviously, no gold.

Guards don't tend to wander as much, though, so they're better for lazy influencers like me!
Gandal2007-01-30 03:55:09
Meh, doesn't matter for faeling and their huge egos.
Felandi2007-01-30 12:24:24
What we need is a volcanic aetherbubble with insanely strong (influenceable yay!)mobs.
Malarious2007-01-30 15:44:51
Tad off topic but Athalas.. you say come to the light yet I love your sig...

It's from an insane cesspool of utter epic fail and total retardedness, called Gaia (gaya) Online.
I have one too, Tsukiharu.

That insult doesn't even make sense.

We all know what your penis looks like. Hence the "penis-boy"
I find it amusing that you would change your forum nick and try to continue to post under a new guise. You must have changed the nick for some reason, the embarrasment, perhaps? My point is that you exhausted out our patience - it is time for you to move on.

I don't understand, why do you people keep thinking I'm someone else? Is this some sort of joke played on newbies? It's not very funny. All I want to do is play Lusternia and have fun on the forums, not be taunted by a band of trolls that seem to think everyone who is relatively new is the clone of some other person.
