I wasn't sure if we'd ever see the "danger" about Kethuru being nearly free during this Ascension Month.

I told off Kethuru by shouting on top of Avechna's peak.

Sorry, I was not impressed. Though watching Viravain, Terentia, and Malicia shout at Kharaen afterwards was fun.

We had those in the Glomdoring-founding Kethuru event too, they kept terrorizing villages. I died to some in Estelbar... through Serpent (prenerf).

why would you enemy someone to a guild for that?

So I'm confused, what happened, why was there yelling, and stuff?

Because to all appearances they further awakened the wrath of Kethuru, threatening to bring an end to life as we know it, just to make jibing banter? And that life as we know it includes the guild?

Good that there is a sense of dangers, because... we're all close to eternal death.

Bad that Tully shouted stuff like that. I mean, really, shouting 'ye damn squid" at Kethuru, the Almighty, to taunt him as he's trying to destroy the world?

Kethuru wants nothing more or less than to eat the world. I'm not sure that a stinky dwarf on Avechna's peak is going to make much of a difference to that. Anyway.. it's a silly reason to enemy someone to a guild. Save guild enemying (which is, after all, pretty darn unimportant) for guild specific stuff... if you want to stop Tully ending the world.. then perhaps a commune enemying might be more appropriate?

Tully is racing with Verithrax to see who's gonna destroy's Lusternia first.

Don't worry guys, that won't get done again. And I got rightfully rebuked by both Viravain and Terentia. I actually went up to Astral to face him. I expect Avechna will chastise me when I see Him at the quiz, and I have a feeling Kethuru might extract revenge on Tully at a later time.

Although, out of character-wise, since this is the first time I ever saw him outside of a painting--those world-emotes from Kethuru seemed a bit less than stellar for someone who was that powerful. I expected the big squid to have his own special color, and perhaps to be more talkative like his news post (public 355).

But I do love that Almighty Kethuru exists and is out there, and that this kind of thing happens in Lusternia.

That was defeated by Terentia slagging Kharaen, followed by Viravain.

At any rate, will Kethuru be pre-emptively released before the Ascension event?
