Shh! Sigil owns, but I don't see the Lady running around Lusternia, do you? We've got Veo instead. She'll have to do.
Shorlen2007-01-19 23:26:37
It would be awesome if we had Sigil as an aetherbubble... Gates to EVERY plane...... provided you could find the key biggrin.gif
Sylphas2007-01-19 23:33:04
Then I'd have to algontherine Heartwood and learn aethercraft. sad.gif

It'd be nice if, like, Estarra popped in to give us a few tasters.
But some things you just have to do yourself.

Wait, huh? I am so confused!

Sigil, from D&D

The Lady, ruler of Sigil.

And I might be mixing you up with Nepthysia, actually. *chin*

I second that.

I fear I can do naught but follow your lead, Inky...

It would be very neat if we could sculp illusory statues of mobs or objects. When you viewed them, they'd look just like normal, but if you tried to pick them or attack them, they'd poof. If you could do this to players it'd be like a double reflection, and should be given a long eq time. If not, it'd be more of an RP tool than anything, though you could play lots of fun tricks on people. smile.gif

Genos' maze could be the instant kill tongue.gif Something like if 4 afflictions (Phantom, Hallucinations, Paranoia, and two new ones? Maybe that'd be to easy/hard to cure... (phantoms being uncurable, the others pennyroyal cures:S) are sttacked up, and then you can "maze'em" and they see the phantom chase them into a mazy and get lost forever in their nightmares, forever running from the phantom! Could be cool.
Sylphas2007-02-02 13:12:38
Phantom isn't technically uncurable, it's just damnably inefficient to do it.

Also, Bards can't give Hallucinations or Paranoia, not that I know of. Do Mages need another instakill?

I hope glamour is magician-like, with hypnotize skills and the ability to summon things through a tophat. And maybe even a teleportation ability that turns you into a flock of pigeons.

Personally, I really wouldn't like that kind of flavour. Bards != Jesters. Well, some do, but no need to make a whole skillset specialisation jester/entertainer-like.
Sylphas2007-02-03 07:12:15
Glamour should have a nice strong tinge of Faerie magic to it. I want to gather some leaves, pay for some enchantments with faerie gold, and laugh at the poor bastard who fell for it. smile.gif
Gwylifar2007-02-03 13:57:32
Oh, nice one, Sylphas.

We all know that Lusternia is waay too anti-theft to ever give you anything as cool as that.
