Any demi who actually knows -where- -what- and -how- to bash has been able to bash 50K an hour for years now. 20 hours x 50K = 1000K = 1Mil

I easily make 50k just hunting little things on prime. Making a lot of gold isn't too hard.

My little alt (who's just breaching the level 70+), has already made 300k, and that's just by not idling and doing rounds of mob kills + quests. Making a lot of gold doesn't require you to be level 100 or anything, just have to be diligent (granted it is a lot easier to make that gold on my main, who's omni trans and artied out the wazoo and also level 100).

The original post was how much gold can you make in 1 go, 4 years ago. The number came up is 42k. While many of the posts now in 2011 are great ideas. The original answer is yet not given completely like before.

How much gold can you make in one go, and proof please. Gambling 50k on a number in roulette doesn't count either. Nor does prostitution, or marrying and divorcing.

Shops make a surprising amount of gold, now that I have door perms to Candyshop and can check the shoplog.

To be honest, if you have the funds to invest into running a shop as profitable as Candyshop, you're probably not that worried about gold.

I want to see if this is possible now with the gold adjustments. Anyone have an accurate idea of the time/gold regain relationship on denizens that I can use to try to calc if this is possible?

I know without doubt that it'd take an epic effort now even with ideal conditions (hitting everything when it hasn't been hit for a very long time), but I need a better clue of the time/gold relationship to work out the viability of finding a window like that.

It's more than possible, I make 50k every 40 minutes in Icewynd irrespective of drops and interperse that with selling corpses for gold in other prime areas plus completeing a few very simple quests on prime to bring my average up to about 65-70k an hour. Throw in a good run with drops and the first of the day can easily make 90-100k. I could probably do better but this route is easy to manage and consistent.
