Remember that socials cannot have requirements other than race - ie, you cannot have a social that requires you to be wielding an instrument, or a pickle. Or whatever floats your oddity-wielding fancy.

Note: I'm told that my lingo is archaic. You can exchange 'social' for the word 'emote'. I am, however, far too lazy to conform.

Far be it from me to criticize, but wouldn't it have taken less effort to simply type 'emote' over 'social?'
Think about it. The letters for 'social' require more effort to reach with the fingers than those in 'emote,' and also the word 'emote' has fewer letters than the word 'social.' Additionally, I did some figgerin', and the last sentence of your post takes up more effort than simply selecting and replacing every occurence of the word 'social' with the word 'emote.' Therefore, your argument that you are too lazy is groundless, full of holes, mildly ad hominem, and easily shot down.

But, in the interest of not being a jerk, I do have a new so...erm, emote for you all.

Requires a bucket of water in the inventory. If that can't be done for an emote, make it an environment skill. I mean.. we can't just let those shrubs dry up and die right? We -have- to help them, it's our duty to nature.

Are you serious? He said his word was considered archaic and he likely doesn't want to have to put forth the effort of breaking his habit of saying 'social' instead of 'emote'. He wasn't saying that he found typing social to be less effort than typing emote. Anyone who types fast enough isn't going to notice a difference or care how much extra effort one has to expend to type the word social over emote. The difference would be too slight to even bother considering.

Breaking the habit is a lot more strenuous than one would think, especially if you've held onto that habit for a long time. Play IRE for five years then try another MUD unrelated to IRE. That's annoying.

Wag needs to work for lobos. I've said it before, other people have said it before, and it never gets changed. I really don't see how it could that hard. Imperian has a racial emote to let Lyceans wag their tails.
