You know what annoys me? How 90% of you say you wont join because you don't want people to find out you play Lusternia, as if it's some life changing disaster waiting to happen. Please, get over yourself, how insecure can you be. It's a game, who gives a flying if someone sees you play a txt MUD. Or do you honestly care what people think of you that much? In which case, GTFO.

That said, I will not be joining because I don't want to ruin my party boy popular statii by having people find out my dark terrible secret.

It's not like it would destroy someone social standing, per se, it's just kind of awkward to mention how invested you are in a (to someone who hasn't played) glorified chat room looking-thingy. I can really just say that from experience.

Yeah, I love how most of us hide our addiction. My friends barely even play video games, let alone a text MUD. They probably wouldn't care or really have any idea what it was, but I'd rather just avoid awkward questions. It's ultimate geekiness. I have a cool college girl rep to maintain here.

Yea. Luckily, I belong to so many facebook groups already. No one really even sees them all, so the Lusternian one's nicely camouflaged.
