So I really really REALLY want a manse forge, but I don't own a damned manse. Is it possible for me to buy the forge and put it in someone else's manse? Or do I have to have the manse first? I'll be sad if it's the latter...

You must own the manse you place miniatures in.

However, if you can get the 500 credits for a manse forge, it would be pretty easy to game the market to get the 70 more you'd need to buy the manse.

You can have a forge in someone else's manse, but problems arise with that... like, are you sure you'll always be able to get into it? Will you have a door set to keep other people from using your forge? Etc.

Edit: Though the other person would have to actually buy and place the (FORGE, not manse) if you transferred the credits.

As Selthar said, it's probably better for you to just get the manse yourself

What does a privacy gem in a manse do? I know the description says it turns the room private, but private from what? From mortals teleporting in? From gods hearing your words?
