the problem is serens are sooo ridiculously afraid of choke they wait till the outnumber diamante 10 to 1 and they don't even engage. He usually makes the first move. So in the mean time he spreads out choke brumetower and using great strategies to fight outnumbered. Earlier today if I had a log I'd show it, but Shamarah came in we had 6 people instantly gathered and because I was leading I flowed right to him even though people were saying already before we had any plans do not flow to him. we got there and he didn't even have choke up right away he got stuned aeoned entangled and dead in seconds and then choke came up somehow.
Us warriors are a bit more shy about entering a choked room as we're a bit less useful than you passive types. The reason Shamarah died quickly that time, however, was because he choked a different room than the one where you led us to kill him. He obviously expected us to be our usual "wait and hope for the best" selves, and we surprised him.

That was definitely an interesting fight. I think that the one Zarquan and Krellan are talking about are is either the same fight, or during the same time period. I'm a pretty new to the game warrior, albeit two-handed, but I didn't even know what choke was until it hit our party, and I couldn't do anything... I kind of paniced, then realized I had vitae'd and decided it was time to get out of there, but because I wasn't prepared I had been paralyzed and my system couldn't deal with it cause I'd never seen it before, so I ended up dieing again. But yeah, this is very helpful, and I will keep it in mind. Thanks so much for taking the time and the possible added weakness that will come from sharing this with your in game enemies. You're a good man.
Oh, and:

heh he would've died quickly even if it was in choke. just means we would've spent less time waning and Sojiro was headslamming

Yeah, this is just a note to everyone.. AEON DOES NOT STACK IN CHOKE. Say it to yourself ten times. If you don\\'t, then Choke will come and devour your children. Thank you
And yeah, I didn\\'t expect to last long against that group. Glom had pretty much all of it\\'s fighters there at that time. But we still did well, though.
What surprises me most is that Glom managed to put together a Terror Coven yesterday.. On a New Moon even! Rare.
But eh, as for systems in Choke. Your best bet is to manual it, and it\\'s not that hard from what I\\'ve seen. Just keep your herbs out of your rift before you go in, turn your system off, and tumble or roll if it gets too heated for you. It\\'ll be a matter of remembering what the Shadowdancer can do to you. I usually carry Kombu for Vapors, Marjoram for Rigormortis, Reishi for Succumb, etc. Doing this makes Choke a lot more manageable, but still.. Don\\'t expect to be able to sit in it for long.

That would be why he said he'd have spent LESS time waning.

It was primarily said due to the fact that the question is always coming up. On the forums, in Seren, etc.. The answer is no, it does not stack. Wasn't directed towards Krellan but to any ponderers in general. I know Krellan knows that Aeon does not stack in Choke.

But from the context, you'd understand why the world and their dog assumed you'd misread Krellan's post?
