I think that cities should get some sort of bonus for the amount of power they have in their nexus. This would bring back the days where there actually was a need to conserve power and not this pseudo conservation we practice now, and would increase the damage you do to an org by making them lose power. Anyone have some good thoughts on the possible bonuses that cities could incur?

Allow the power ministry to siphon varying amounts of power into village obelisks per month, slightly increasing the strength of guards, and the productivity of the villagers.

Have nexus abilities that grant certain boons to people affiliated with the city/commune for periods of an hour or so?

I swear I had more ideas, but my brain is fried...
