The only tug of war I ever had with another CR6 was me giving a disfavour and someone else favouring them back. Which ended in me disfavouring them both with the help of council member (long ago though)

Ofcourse I hand disfavours out more readily then most. (and to clear up, disfavours are always harder then favours, in both city and guild)

Ok, so it seems that Someone thought I was trying to purposely slander someone; instead of using my flimsy little memory of a log posted on the forums many months ago by someone else describing an event I wasn't even a 1st hand witness to.

Anywho, Anisu, it wasn't a CDF/CF tug of war I was talking about.

From what I remember it was Soll and you appointing a newbie to both of your ministries just a few minutes after they entered from the portal of fate(suspicious behavior already), then favoring them "because they're so active and interested in these ministries" (extremely eye raising). A half hour or so later in the readlog the new newbie completely abused both of the powers of those ministries, ostracizing and powerblocking multiple other Celestians(I smell an alt, or some shady political maneuvering) The log wrapped up with the newbie being removed from both ministries and ostracized.

The log left the reader, me, thinking: "god these people are either incompetent, and shouldn't be ministers, or corrupt, and shouldn't be ministers."

Whaat? I don't CDF someone because I hate them ... that'd be wrong ... and plus I'd be wasting my favour every month.
And about the favours ... I think org. leader does have a heavier weight on their favour.

I don't think your character would have an easy time converting, since as you said, she was already in Mag - and I've heard her speak on the Taint, judging from that, it would seem rather awkward for her to change sides again... but Reiha will still try once in a while

CR2 to CR3: CR6.
CR3 to CR4: CR5, CR4, CR6.
CR4 to CR5: CR6, CR5, CR6, CR5.
CR5 to CR6: CR6, CR3, CR6, CR3, CR6, CR6, CR5.

Unfortunately I didn't note which ones were from city leaders or Council members. At the time I didn't think it might be a factor.

I would be very picky about aides to my ministry so I doubt I would ever appoint someone fresh from the portal.

I can remember many times in other realms when a player who was an aide in multiple ministries robbed a city blind. I think the combo was steward, treasurer, ambassador? As a steward, you can move money from the coffers to the treasury, as a treasurer, from the treasury to the ambassador ministry, and as an ambassador you could withdraw funds from the mininistry. Generally, it's a bad idea to have someone in more than one of these ministries unless they have really proven their trustworthiness. Some cities in other realms have outright outlawed allowing it.

Because you said you would be picky about who you would pick, and I was showing that part of the pickyness needs to be about who is already aided to other ministries.

Funds can only be shifted around inside of the council room I believe, as only ministers and up can enter there it's not so much of a problem. Some ministries don't even have aids for this reason, as all or most actions take place inside of the council room. Then there are others, like power, I don't think there's a single thing the Power minister can do that an aide can not, other then look at his funds, (but not touch them), and aide and unaide people.

We had her in Achaea too, under the same name of Annabelle among others.

I'm aware of what she did to other people but she always behaved herself around my character, we developed a friendship (as far as possible with all the alts she went through). I think she needed someone to talk to.

I've heard rumors to the effect that she hasn't gone away and plays a certain character in Achaea nowadays. I hope they're true since that specific character is a productive one which adds to the game.
