Would it be bad of me to wish that anyone could use the LISTCONSTRUCTS command and see what they do?
Or at least anyone who can use them...

Construct of Prime Bashing
1 power per weave
Causes three new Prime Bashing locations to exist.

I would like to clearly and unequivocally state my opposition to the astral bridge idea.
Astral is interesting and viable because it is a limited-access location. Making it mass-market will ruin the appeal. The solution is not to oepn up Astral, it's to get those new bashing areas up and running.
Darn NDA. If I was eighteen, I would have signed up for builder in a heartbeat.

Magnagora's special construct is released to give you a look at how nice constructs can be! Feel free to keep posting ideas, both general and city/commune specific. (Also talk to the city/commune patron about specific constructs for their orgs.)

Ok, I am definitely going to come up with some construct ideas and talk to Lord Elostian about it.

Does "the power of lichdom" refer to just the stat bonuses or does it include the resurrection ability? If it's the latter, I sure hope that the "little surprise" makes up for the fact that the main reason they transed Necromancy has been duplicated by a construct that affects any Magnagoran.

It's full lichdom for all Magnagoran citizens.
If the little surprise is worth it or not... I don't know! You'll have to ask an Archlich!

I lack the words to describe it.
However, it makes me apprehensive how retardedly strong the other construct org powers might be.

I have theorized that Glomdoring's construct to match will be the following:
"If you say 'Nothing Matters but Glomdoring' in a room, everybody else in the room will automatically be forced to say 'Glory Be to Glomdoring!'"
Ixion2007-03-03 21:22:43
Fair enough!

Construct powers are strong.
They are also not cheap to build and maintain.
They must also be defended!
(That's assuming other orgs want to take away those powers--if they don't, it's certainly a free ride!)
Ixion2007-03-03 21:42:22
Yeah I saw the power costs and can guess at the rest.
I suppose you've given us a genuine and necessary motivation to have colossi battles now.

I'm sure the Geomancers are jumping for joy after so long wishing for a rezz.
Rika2007-03-03 21:44:35
What is the upkeep for the Black Crypt?
Unknown2007-03-03 21:47:44
So what exactly do these archliches get?
Ixion2007-03-03 21:48:57
They get a dose of pipe down in the peanut gallery and find out IG instead of using ooc info ic as per usual.
Unknown2007-03-03 21:51:16
Never have used OOC information in-game (other than to log on when I hear something awesome's happening) and never will.
EDIT: Eh, nevermind, not gonna be a smartass and post details this time.

There is still a lot of demand for a construct that allows CT/GT/GNT to be heard from the nexus world by people who aren't there, if that is codable. Probably with another effect to make it worthwhile to erect.
