i think followers/ member of that order should kill that shouter who insult their gods.

I recall one time in real world that if you insult that certain religion in the same country that worship the same religion you just insults that religion to. You dont lives that long enough. Just because mortals will takes care of god's problem for their God/allah/whatever.
I recall one event that toss the bible in toilet surely cause roar in middle east that demands blood.
in any case from my point of view... if that mortal insults you(if you are a god in case) you can safely know that mortals will takes care of your problem.

Mostly those who shout, do so within the safety of their organisation and immediate action can't be taken against such a person. Secondly which view of godhood are you looking at? Lusternia's concept of divinity is more closely related to Greek or Norse mythology than Christianity for example. Even then, its not close enough to be called similar. Also there are times when the Divine do call for their followers to bring the head/body/blood of those who insulted them. Terentia does come to mind, though I do not know if the bounty were ever claimed. Was Nejii ever killed when Terentia asked for it?
