The Power minister reads the Powerlogs, and any aides he or she has can as well, this should never be a privilege give to everyone in a nation. Perhaps if it would only work on yourself: SUMMARY SELF POWER pulling up every powerlog line that weave with your name in it, so you could add it up if there was no aide around to ask.
