How exactly does this mapper work, like does it add an extra window or what? I'm really interested in picking it up the 20credits sounds like it would be well spent.

Well, I explained how the autowalking works in the original post, so you can read that for an explanation of how that goes. If you want it to show you a map of the surrounding rooms, you can type 'map'. If you use zMUD you can make it pop up in a window which usually works pretty well, though it's somewhat buggy and I don't use it personally (I know of some people who love that feature though).

i use Mush so id type "map" and it would do what show a map of areas near me or what?

Read the first post in this thread, it has an example of what it looks like.

This works for all clients, so yes. (Well, it doesn't show you areas around you. It shows rooms around you in the area you're in.)

The version of the mapper that Shamarah used to make this didn't properly support the AREA OFF feature. His map should be 100% compatible with my modified version of the mapper module, but I've not personally tested that theory.

I updated the area off function to work, and I send out the .dll with the working area off function to everyone who buys the map.

Well, after buying this and trying -every- version of the main module available, 1. It just -regularly- fails to work and 2. the map is totally out of date.

I would most definetly not recommend this to anybody. Total waste of credits, especially seeing the map I got given for FREE is infinetly better.

Uh, oh... since this post actually got bumped up (and since I can't find Forren -anywhere-) I suppose I'll ask if anyone has Sham's map running on LMTS 2.0

I've had the map for like, I don't know, perhaps month or so but still haven't been able to use it once because I can't seem to manage to breathe life into it.

I have LMTS running, I have all the map files I received in the folder, I connect to Lusty via LMTS and -BOOM- nothing.

Any ideas, hints, solutions?
