@Daganev: First off that's my play style. I like too listen and throw in my two cents when I feel it's needed. I don't like to vote until I feel safe about my vote and that It's going to be the right decision. As for not voting for requim I went too, saw the no vote by Saran and the switch by Okin. I had been thinking that Requim was scummy but knew that would get him lynched and didn't want too try and get myself associated with Saran as I also thought he was scummy.

As for my vote, Vote: Mirk I've just been suspicious for a bit and want to make the move because:
A) I'm suspicious of you
Everyone seems too think not voting until I'm sure is scummy

I followed Ytraelux last night. Ytraelux killed Iridiel. People who kill people other than through lynching are bad. Vote: Ytraelux

I'm gonna Vote: Okin because people who are insane are bad too. If I was the SK, and I had a hunch about who would be good to kill, then why would I pick someone who might be Mafia? It would just increase the SK's chances of being caught, as there's be less deaths around.

Iridiel seemed scummy when she started leaping at people who had apparently valid reasons for their actions and not letting go, while everyone else was aiming at the Mafia. I was more certain about Othero being scum, so I voted for him. Now she's been killed by someone. Possibly a Vigilante. Possibly a very incompetent SK. But not me - Okin's insane.

I realise this is my FIFTH post in a row, but I just realised that the mafia are dead, leaving only our SK to die.

Asarnil, you're a cop, who did you visit last night? (please say Okin or Ytraelux...)

Either way, odds are one of the two is the one we need to lynch. We could lynch one, and if it wasn't the right one we could always lynch them tomorrow, but that's probably not the best strategy...

Actually, that's a really good strategy. If we lynch Ytraelux, we win. If you lynch me, there'll be four of you left. Ytraelux will kill one overnight, leaving three - still a majority available to lynch, as long as there's nothing else funny going on, which I don't think there is.

Sorry guys, but look at who was killed last night. Daganev and myself investigated Iridiel and got an innocent result.

We investigated Ytraelux tonight and got another innocent result, but this comment by Ytraelux is making my trigger finger itch.



The SK had no reason to suspect that Iridiel was scum, because the (then thought normal) cops got an innocent result. This says to me that the SK really wants to lose this game, because if there is even 1 mafia left, there is no hope for the SK to win (say we have 1 SK, 1 Mafia and 2 townies left) unless we hit mafia today.

1 SK, 1 Mafia, 2 town scenarios:
Lynch Mafia, SK hits town = 1 town, 1 SK left = SK wins
Lynch SK, Mafia hits town = 1 town, 1 Mafia left = Mafia wins
Lynch Town, Mafia & SK kill each other = Town wins
Lynch Town, Mafia (or SK) kill town and the other kills their opponent = whoever didn't kill town wins
Lynch Town, Mafia & SK kill same target = 1 town, 1 SK, 1 Mafia = SK or Mafia win (its up to the town to decide who they want to win more)

1 SK, 3 town scenarios:
Lynch SK = town win
Lynch town, SK kills town = 2 town, 1 SK = 50% chance of town winning (if SK hasn't claimed).

So if the serial killer claims and there is one last member of the mafia, then there is a 50% chance of killing the scum on a lynch today, which will leave us either with a situation where the SK loses to the town tomorrow or a 1 town, 1 SK, 1 mafia night which is anyones guess as to who would win.

If the SK takes the gamble that there isn't scum left, we might lynch them leaving them to lose the game completely to the mafia, but if there is no scum left then they have a 50% chance of winning by staying silent and lasting the day.

Personally I would rather lose to the Serial Killer than I would to the scum though.

Oh on the first part, I forgot to add that we are obviously naive cops. Which I was speculating on once Verithrax died.

Well, I think I'm essentially proven not-mafia. I stopped the ninja-no lynch the Godfather tried to cause, and I began the bandwagon (originally against Mirk) which turned against the Othero-scum and lynched him. I'm not claiming I've proven myself not SK (but I'm not. )

I don't -think- there's any mafia left, but with four people we have to lynch the SK tonight to win. Even given the evidence that Asarnil has presented which shows that there ARE sanities, my first objection to Ytraelux stands - who visited Iridiel? How would it be decided who I see visiting Iridiel? Iridial -did- die, and Ytraelux didn't actually deny visiting her, she just cast suspicion on me.

It is changed now but as a note you can always look at the first page to see who is alive and who is dead. I generally update that as each night and day breaks.

Well, I'm going to VOTE: OKIN and hope for the best...

I denied killing Iridiel, and I've already roleclaimed as being a vanilla townie. Therefore I've denied visiting Iridiel. QED.

Maybe I'm being inattentive, but when did the cops say they'd investigated Iridiel?
