Actually, I'm pretty sure somewhere in the Chaos Lands of death and disease and such, there's a Champion of Khorne you can kill, all big and nasty like. I think it was in the tier 4 Chaos zone.

I'll end up checking this out on release (or near enough, anyway). I've been moderately interested since I was lucky enough to interview Mythic about the game a while back in 2006. Seemed to be looking interesting and the development seems to be going pretty well.

Plus I'm obsessive with online gaming, so...

I just preordered the collectors edition (Which will be awesome, comicbook, artbook, additional quests, titles, heads, all that yadda) AND THE BEST: I get an open-beta code which I can use! LET'S HOPE I GET IT, WOOOOOOOOH.

I pre-ordered it as well, heres to hoping they actually ship my code all the way from America to Australia, I'm paying enough for the postage they darn well better!

Though they have set a somewhat tentative date of fall, which I think is September to November, hope they stick to this one.

Oh, by the by, it was postponed to Autumn 2008.

Aren't Khorne, Tzeentch and Nurgle from 40k?

I thought this was just regular Warhammer and not 40K...

Are you really in beta? I want that bad, anyway, I pre-ordered the Collectors Edition from Gamestop, luckily they ship to Australia, so I got my codes for open beta, hurrah!

Right, well I hate to necro this, as well as double post, but, in one of the offers for Beta, if anyone has been following, is for the North America beta only, there's a comic thingy that gives you a 20% chance of getting into the closed beta, and since I screwed up with my ordering for it, I accidentally got 4 comics, two of each cover, instead of just two, so if anyone wants a code for it, send a Pm, and I'll send you the code. Note this only works for the North American Beta.

I am a beta tester.. or supposed to be. got approved to be one and all that, but got lazy and still havent downloaded the software and stuff.. I think beta will pass without me participating so much after all..

So mean, I wish I could be in beta, but I think my computer would scrape by with the minimums, I pass AoC requirements, but my CPU is a bit below the recommended requirements.

If you can run AOC you can run WH. Just hit 80 in AOC this weekend, but I still prefer the WH mechanics and setting. Beta is progressing nicely.

It runs it, barely, been trying to overclock my CPU but I got no name motherboard, and it's locked, so I cant OC through BIOS and none of the programs seem to work, ahh well. I've only got to around 14 in AoC, missed out like 4 hours since the US servers were down yesterday, and I dun really know what I'm doing, fun though.

Ihit 21 in aoc today. Pretty sweet game. Conquerors can do some sweet burst after knockdown combos. My roomie is lvl 41 atm, bastard! Why does work take up so much time
