1. I think it would be cool if there were pawn shops around the land that I could sell items I've put esteem into for gold.

2. I really think Lusternia needs to automatically bypass already influenced mobs when I try to influence one by name, so that people don't need a system that can keep track of 20+ moving vnums to influence for xp.

I like the second idea. Would be especially nice for Tosha = D First one, eeh... you can usually find someone to buy them off you, and most if not all of the trading and selling in Lusty is between players already anyway.

That's a good point, I never thought of trying to sell my esteem items content.gif

You can usually get around 10k or more for them over Market.

I wouldnt mind influence bypassing vnums that have already been influenced, but I don't know how hard that would be to code.

I don't know anything about rapture (Lusternia's code base), but if they go about it on the level of changing how the influencing skills work instead of reworking the core npc code, it shouldn't be too difficult or cumbersome.

From reading the name of this thread, it sounded like you were talking about couples influencing together.
