History Doesn't Quit - 2011 Stanley Cup Playoffs
Background: Chicago Blackhawks are the 8th seed (lowest seed in the Conference). We barely made the playoffs at all. Then Vancouver won the first 3 games of the Best-of-7 series.

We won the next 3, two of which were total blowouts, to force a Game 7, only the 7th team in NHL history to do so.
