Pronounce your character's name!

So how do you all pronounce your character's name, and give some idea on how you pronounce others.

I pronounce Novinha "Noh-vihn-na", with the H just barely being there in the natural breath between N and A.

The H is not silent; Japanese pronounciation. You could probably pronounce it as, "Lay-HA", too. But I like the 'R' much better.
