smile.gif I hope this makes at least a little sense.

KOR-ale

The Kor is emphaized, and ale sounds like the name Al. The E on the end is silent. Somewhat like a deeper, somewhat harser coral.

ZAH vee us. Woo for obvious!
Verithrax2007-04-06 21:45:51
There we go again. Like I said, it's pronounced as written!

Seriously: Veh-ree-thra-cks, or in IPA: /ve'ɹɪðrɑːks/
Hazar2007-04-06 21:51:01
VAY-da. Can be rushed or dragged out nicely.
Diamondais2007-04-07 00:53:59
Die-Lar-Ah.

Still.. simple. (And yeah, I know it can be 'dye' or 'die' and I think sometime when someone's asking for me by using 'Dy' I'm going to ask, 'Who are you telling to die?')
Lysandus2007-04-07 01:42:53
funny, I pronounce it as dee-la-ra.

Mine is:
Lie-san-dus
Furien2007-04-07 01:47:53
All-e-ah-nuh or al-e-ah-nuh. I suppose that one of those is really 'Aliana', but that name was already taken. And having two n's makes the name seem pretty in general. happy.gif

I mostly don't like names that start with 'Dee' so I try and avoid it. No particular reason, just one of those parts of a name I just avoid.
Shishi2007-04-07 01:51:46
She-She Yay for simplicity

Must we get into this?! Atleast this name should be easier to pronounce. dry.gif Air-id-ee-on.

Oh, great. I could pronounce Soll fine, but I though it was eY-rid-ee-on.

Fae(You know how to pronounce that part)--ear

Morse(as in code)-ahb-iss

Well it's spelled 'Phillip Luxury Yacht',
but it's pronounced 'throatwobbler mangrove'.
Cookies to whoever gets the reference.
Gwylifar2007-05-04 19:27:32
That's not even a hard one! In fact, if it had any ambiguity, it'd be in a box in the corner.

I'd like to say something about one character posting in the thread of their old character, but I don't want to be forum-banned, so instead, I want to know: How exactly does one pronounce Ildaudid? is it Il-dow-did, or Il-daw-did?

The second, I think, it's the name of a drug.
Richter2007-05-05 02:40:11
Rhi hick ter (zort)

It's very complex.

Mee-r-in
or Mirr-i-n
... so many ways to say it happy.gif

Mi-Ri-An

Hmm...I have three chars, but the other two I don't play with much...which is sad, because I love my illithoid char. sad.gif There's not very many easy leveling quests in Magnagora like there is in Celest (the Supplicants quest, for example.)

Anyway, here they are.

Leh-VIE-uh (Leviah)

MEE-glik (Miglik)

JAS-tin (Jastin)
Iola2007-05-24 13:10:54
Not that it's hard. At least I hope it's not.
