Hrm,
A map or two of the Basin seem to have an area to the west of Dairuchi that appears to be an exit/entrance to the Basin. I was wondering if it would be possible for some creatures to wander in, or maybe an innocent of sorts to wander in with news from the outside?

That's the entrance to Gaudiguch, innit?

Ah, a bit. If you look at the first map on the website, the pretty one of the Basin, you can see that just below Gaudiguch there is open desert, more or less. Plenty of room for someone to walk across. Western Skarch.

Groteque, Taint and Kethuru mutilated monsters that will absolutely devour anything in their path, and are confined from the Basin somehow.

A wizard did it.

I dunno. That's why I was told that nobody dared to venture outside of the Basin - because Kethuru destroyed all life and the things he didn't destroy were transformed into evil and destructive creatures that can snap demigods in half like hardtack rations.
