6.) Well, it changes from organization-to-organization! Usually the guild with the most political clout is the one with the leader in charge of the organization!
Ummm.
Yeah. You keep thinking that.
As people have said though, most factions tend to form independently of guild lines, though there are blocs that vaguely align with guilds. But in any case...politics is something you have to figure out!

I would like to comment on the race topic.
I have yet to see the "Ubber pk race and guild combination of doom" in lusternia, but I can tell you that there are some things you would like to know before everything
There are many ways you could fight and it all comes down to what style you prefer and what would you like to do, although in the end, you would very much likely chose because you like that race
However, some basic things
If you want to go Mage, a high Int race is good and needed... If you want to go warrior, high str and con is needed. If you want to go guardian, you would need high int, but there are some flexibilites, however since they are based on one on one hindering you would be better as a fast race(Aslaran for fast balance and good eq and mugwump for fast eq), however, tanky races are also good, like Loboshigaru... for Bard, high int and possibly charisma, but bards are new so I don't have much information on them

Lobo/taurian Celestine fits the bill fairly well.

On the subject of bards, you'll want something with high charisma, intelligence and to a lesser extent, Dexterity. Faelings, for example, make wonderful bards.

Thank you everyone for your help, trying out Magnagora at the moment, but it is very interesting so far.

Does Charisma really effect Bards? From my knowledge, and I'm level 79, no human evolution even involves Charisma as a Bard. And I'm fairly sure Minorsecond is based off of intelligence.

Err.. since Bards have no spec races I wouldn't he surprised if your evolution is somehwat similar to a guardian's or mage's.
That said: Can bards get spec races and guards please?

That's.. not quite true. The Great Houses in Magnagora (although only one right now has become a player family as well) matter in Angkrag too..
That's like saying Woody Allen isn't only obsessed with Manhattan because sometimes he goes to Queens.
