You may be wondering what is different between what I propose and what Deepnight is....well I am part of Richter's family...I am his Great Grandson...I think...

And I am willing to meet people part of the way...Whether it be Halfway or 3/4's of the way...to build houses....within my aethership/manse....like in a forest in the trees, or in a cave, in a volcano, whatever the setting....

Anybody who has creative ideas...and needs a place of there own...Can help expand....

Every project anyone has done, that has compared themselves to me, or tried to compete with me, has failed (without my intervention). Most of the projects that just went on ahead and did their own thing, and had fun, without comparing them to me, have been a success, at least in their owner's eyes.

If you're going to be family, and you want to drop a ton of credits on junk, just join up with me. You wouldn't start from ground zero, and you could ride the reputation a bit anyway.
