Okay, if that's the untargetted...
1t: Extreme pain explodes within your chest, moving up your arm as you feel your inner worm working its way to your wrist. You raise your hand towards Forren, and you feel the exceedingly uncomfortable and painful sensation of the worm clawing at the lining of your palm with its teeth, striving to devour its target.
2t: A rictus of pain passes over Ildaudid's features, and you see something crawling across his chest and up his arm, under the skin. He raises his hand up to you, revealing the horrific sight of what seems to be a ring of sharp teeth pressing towards you from behind the skin of his palm, churning and writhing.
3t: A rictus of pain crosses Ildaudid's face and you perceive movement under the skin of his chest and hand, before he raises the palm of his hand up towards Forren, who recoils at the sight of whatever he is being shown.
