1 Lusternian Month - 1 RL day and 1 hour.
1 Lusternian Year - 12 Lusternian Months - 12 RL days and 12 RL hours.
1 Lusternian Day - 1 RL hour.

25 days to the month. 12 days to the year.

Here's an idea.

1 Lusternian hour - 3 minutes. 20 hours to the day.

So, instead of

(Serenwilde): Daevos says, "We are attacking Gaudiguch in fifteen minutes."

we would say,

(Serenwilde): Daevos says, "We are attacking Gaudiguch in five hours."

Or...

" Up and at 'em we're going for a fight right now, in Gaudiguch!"

If we had hours, then we'd reasonably have to implement 1 o'clock etc. Which would confuse everyone, as people are used to 12 hours in a day, not having noon at 10 o'clock.

I'm used to 30 days in a month, not 25, your point?

We have a system, it works, and people are used to it.

Thats the point.

Your suggestion would only further confuse people, and what's the difference if someone says 15 minutes as opposed to five hours? It's not like either is really OOC, though I still prefer to break things down into fractions of a day personally, just because Iasmos is bad at measuring time just from the sun or stars in the sky and he estimates it instead.

I've always wanted a way to talk about time in less than quarter day increments.

Are you disagreeing with me just to disagree?

I think the system is fine as it is. Why change something if it has been working for this long?

I don't think anyone has complained about it before.
