Does anyone know what the 'In' / 'Out' columns mean ?

"In" are visitors coming to the site and voting for Lusternia. "Out" are people going to Lusternia from TMS. The "Out" number is actually more important to us (as that's indicative of our potential new players TMS is sending us), though the "In" number is what counts rating-wise. Generally, a higher "In" correlates to a higher "Out".

Usually, "In" mean votes for that site (incoming from a ranked site), and "Out" means the number of times the link through to the ranked site has been clicked. (outgoing to a ranked site)
