I heard Est say yesterday that she's going to hold the Guardians hostage until we are consistently ahead of Diskworld.

And he refuses to acknowledge that until it's at least 100 votes behind us.

I don't read Diskworld. Pratchet is too silly for my tastes, the jokes get old really quickly.

And I've no idea. I was looking at its site last night and was laughing pretty hard. The level of administrative control over the game seemed painful - lord, imagine if we said no triggers and no aliases that send multiple commands!

Well, they may wish to eliminate the need for and possibility of systems. It's a noble goal, since systems are really nothing more than obligatory robots which reduce complex, fast-moving combat mechanics to a level that human beings can actually control and react to.

We've just passed New Worlds.

These underdogs vote like mad for the first three or four days, then run out of steam. By the middle of the month, they'll be down where they belong. But that doesn't mean we should slack on voting! Keep it up.

Clearly, it's because Lusternia is way cooler than New Worlds. As a result, everyone is too busy enjoying the game to remember to vote.
