Your violent opinions on things usually draw that sort of thing to you, Verithrax.
Though I suppose that isn't true. Moreover there's not enough artiwhores here to completely grief you. And if there are, they aren't like Achaea's. And I suppose it isn't so much of a stinking cesspool. That's just real biased opinions from bad memories.

Go on, blame the victim. Do you go tell cancer patients it's all their fault too, or is it just something you do over the Internet?
Furien2007-05-19 21:53:54
Of course. If they'd stayed away from that truck and shark, too, they'd probably still have all their limbs!
Shamarah2007-05-19 22:34:27
Getting zapped several times for insulting every god in the game at once definitely doesn't count as getting griefed.
Verithrax2007-05-19 22:42:31
Having gods offering favours for your death while people sic their families on you over crap that happened six real life months ago does, though.

It's amazing how long people will hold onto something. If all you're going to do is be snarky in the forums Verithrax, then get lost.

Actually, this complaint is new. Within the last 4 days or so.
Many people hold onto something for longer than four days.

If you actually had any idea what I was talking about, then you'd know I'm not the one holding onto anything for longer than a week.

Meh, I thought it was the same, 'lol I insulted all the gods and got zapped' that he's been doing for months... What else could it have been when he claims he doesn't play anymore?
Pardon my ignorance.

He logged on for a few minutes, and the stuff he described happened, as I understand it.

I wouldn't say that there's a violent hatred for alts in Achaea, most people are OK with them, but as always there are exceptions to the rule.
Also, it's not quite a cesspool, just a pool with an unusually high amount of cess. There's some good there as well.

Yes. The quit function. Also suicide is quite nice this time of year.

If anyone knows Loak from Achaea, tell him to come here!!!
And I've come to realize that most of the people that actually end up staying in our guild are either alts or transfers. Though there's nothing wrong with that =D

I know a few people on here, Korben in particular, have been through the worst Achaea has to offer.
For me, the day Manu's (For the unwashed masses, Manu was the most profound and relentless griefer of them all, whose shrubbing was a cause for celebration) alt got credits from a few Mhaldorian players to bash up to dragon again was the day I decided that the game wasn't for me.

Greetings all. I, too, am a "transfer" from Achaea. I've heard good things about Lusternia for sometime now. I was wondering if anyone would sort of take me under his(or her) wing and show me the ropes of Lusternia. I have not started a character in Lusternia yet. I was hoping to get some advice and guidance on choosing a race, class, and guild as I know nothing of them other than what I've read on the main page. If anyone would like to help me out, please, PM me. Another thing, is there a freeware system out there for Lusternia? I know Larkin from Achaea has one for sale, but I don't want to sink money into something I may not even like in the long run. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks folks.
EDIT: In case you're wondering, my main in Achaea is Trendor. I have a very little known alt named Dracari who I will bring over to Lusternia.

Larkin (Iasmos) has one here, too, but it's 30 credits w/o support, 70 credits for it. Once you get the hang of things, though, you can quickly hunt up the money.
If you ever need help, feel free to PM me!

Alright, made me a character. An Elfen who is in the Serenguard in Serenwilde(obviously). His name is Dask. I've gotten the basics done. I don't know a thing about bashing or quests. Would also like to know if there are any mappers around. Other than that, I guess I'll be working on saving my gold to buy a curing system. Thanks for all your help.

Now, just don't get stolen by the evil monk archetype.

Evil monk archetype? I didn't see monk in the list of archetypes....
