You need to stop being a flaming (not to mention incorrect) git if you want people to respect you. Really, making a newb of Race A and reincarnating into Race A are one in the same. The reincarnation is often considered finding your true heritage, yadda yadda. Only difference is, the reincarnated person usually doesn't have for levels.

The point of reincarnation, ICly, is like Kromsh said: you're redescovering who you were meant to be. Even the description when you reincarnate says something along the lines of the Fates reweaving you to make your shard soul that of race 'x'. And with the Fates doing what They do so well, I've always interpreted it as all of your character being changed: past, present, and future.

Denust for instance, was Human. But I reincarnated him into a Loboshigaru because it fit his character better. So now it's RPed that he was born Loboshigaru, but through a mix up during the Portal, popped out Human and remained so for about eight years until he remembered. *shrug* Just my two cents.

I'm getting really sick of that. Please think before you post, and ask yourself, "Should I be posting this?"

Since I can't edit my above post ( ), I guess I'll write it here. The only way I can even think to NOT be a true anything would be to changeself into that race. That's the nature of illusion. I mean, you have the stats, advantages, disadvantages, appearance. What keeps you from being a Kephera if you cameo or reincarnate into one?

Though that brings up a question I want to post on the Illithoid topic.

EDIT: Okay, maybe not cameo, unless you intend to stay that way. Which I don't think will happen because that would be a waste of the 1000 credit artifact!

Honestly, if a random newb made the clan, no one would care, because I was an established character, and I am trying to trust positions to established characters, means that the clan will have a higher chance of being taken seriously, and thus more successful.

So if you want to tout about being a -ture- Kephera, fine... be thankful that us -unpure- or working to make sure you have a friendly environment to actually RP in. And yes, not that it matters, I know who you are, and I encouraged those who told me not to let you in to give you chance.

Discrimination I say! I love my Mag Kephera and he is not allowed in. Oh well, I guess we are just stuck in the 1960's again (joking).

I can deal with that. I accepted such a fate when I chose my Kephera to come out in the ur'Guard.
