It is now possible to save a "system" on Nexus. In the archives page, pressing the "export XML" thing will just give you the whole system as text. I'd paste mine but it's pretty bad, missing lots of stuff, and very very long. But anyway, just thought you should all know in case someone wants to make a newbie curing system for Nexus and distribute it. happy.gif

ooh that would mean I might have a system someday!
Shiri2007-05-24 05:17:07
Preliminary tests have shown that it doesn't actually work.

...

Someone else check it out though, might be a bug in my sys.
Rika2007-05-24 05:22:23
Yay for this feature, even if it isn't working yet!
Now someone go make me a system.

Just out of pure ignorant curiousity... do you guys -actually- use Nexus? I would be impressed if you did, cause you're all WAY better than I am, and I have Mushclient... maybe this says something about the importance of the simple things in life... like Nexus...

I'm very glad I don't use Nexus.

Well, there's one... we know that Forren owns out of pure skill (or griefing as it is biggrin.gif)
Krellan2007-05-24 19:21:34
yep we do. But Shiri is the one with any actual system type. I'm a load of aliases and macros all over. it would suck if one my keys fell off. sad.gif

You obviously haven't seen me fight.

Hahaha. I have a load of aliases too; I don't even use macros! You couldn't see since it crashed but you probably have as much of a system as I do :D

(But yeah, Seraphi, we do use nexus...:/)
Rika2007-05-25 10:06:48
Someone really needs to do what Vadi did on Achaea.
Shiri2007-05-25 10:15:07
Which was what?
Rika2007-05-25 10:36:00
Daganev2007-05-25 15:52:38
VERY exciting! YAY XML!
Alodia2007-06-16 03:45:14
@Krellan share me a copy of yours!!! smile.gif

oops forgot to say pretty please!! *flutter*
Rika2007-06-16 03:48:03
Krellan manual cures, like 99% of all other Nexus users. Just have lots of aliases and stuff.
Alodia2007-06-16 04:01:52
Hmm, just wish there was a way to aid me in my deep healing mainly. Warriors give me the most difficulty, or do we all manually cure deepwounds?
Krellan2007-06-17 00:12:23
oooh you'll have no trouble against warriors so long as you can deepcure which is fairly low so i'll assume you can. It's makes warrior wounding just about laughable. The only actual trigger like things I have are from something wayyyy back that Ethelon posted on the forums. I copied and pasted a bunch of those and as I started to actually fight more, then I deleted things that were too much of a hassle in aeon/choke. Laysus just went healer so he could likely help you with the healing skillset itself and then if you want anything reflex like I'd talk to Rika or Shiri. Otherwise just make several aliases or macros to deepcure the most important parts. if you're lazy: head, lleg, rleg. if not go for all parts. or at least add in the chest and gut. there's really no good arm afflictions. I prefer macros over aliases cause you can hit them right after another and practically simultaneously. plus whenever I bash I like to chat so it's not nearly as boring and whenever I get stuck talking really long I can just stop typing and press all my sipping or attacking macros as necessary and then keep on typing for the chat.

Wait, wait, wait. Since when did I become the person to ask for reflexes? If I was such a person, I'd actually do some fighting.

It's entirely your fault for writing that autosipper for Gelo. If you hadn't ninja'd me it'd be fine.
