Can you just pause it when choke hits, cuz the only way to handle in choke is cure manually.

Yeah. Whenever I go into choke, I just pause the system and whore out afflictions of my own. (Fascination FTW.)

If I'm not prepared, I just pause and make sure my next command is TUMBLE OUT.

That is all most systems do.... you can simply add in a pause to the line : Thick shadows drag against your every action.

Have an easy to reach manual pause button, and have a certain threshold of choke messages auto-pause.

Palisade has an easy pause button.

You can blame this on choke and bad handling of choke, not specifically on palisade. No curing system is going to do you much good in choke.

It's weird, usually Palisade pauses in choke for me.
