Did redcap really do 230 bleeding on first hit or did we miss something...?

Looks like it. Kingdom is steadily dropping it from the first bleed we see, but later he bleeds 206, takes a redcap hit, and then bleeds 475. So ~250 bleeding per hit is consistent with the rest of the log.
