Let us:
A: Hide gates through a skill in planar or illusion. You wouldn't get any sort of warning a gate is there, but if you were to dispell in the room and your planar or illusion (Or both) was high enough, you'd tear off the covering on the gate.
B: Let us either weave from the aetherways (Allow us to choose where the manse sits, between which planes) or let us, through a large expenditure of commodities with the help of an artisan, make archways that let us weave from the same plane to the same plane.

Should be in illusions, not Planar, and regularly dispel-able.
