And more on topic with the off topic... some of the Serenguard titles kind of make me sad. They allude to a more spiritual/ritualistic side to the guild that in my opinion definitely doesn't exist anymore. For example, the first three are Unblooded, First Blood, and An Initiate of Warrior Spirits.

Well, I tend to think of GR19s without any position as respected relics and when it comes down to it a lower ranked secretary would have more authority, being recognized by the current leadership as such.

Nah, I mean the vision quest roleplay that Alyssandra start and I fleshed out, with the three Warrior Spirits, as a guild advancement scheme. Three ranks in each of three paths.

We got rid of them, thanks to Elryn and Lisaera.

(Order): Lisaera says, "Gah! I fear I shall be reduced to gibbering!"

(Order): Lisaera says, "I tell every Guildmaster and Guild Administrator about
it every time I'm asked and yet the next time I'm asked no one knows again."

(Order): You say, "All I've heard on the matter was that Skyla as High Wisdom
had sent the list to You, and then Shorlen had done so as well."

(Order): Lisaera says, "Well, I told the very first set of Guildmasters who
asked about it that I would change all three guilds' titles simultaneously in a
ceremony they were to design."

(Order): Lisaera says, "Those I believe were Alyssandra... Niara and... possibly
Merloch."

(Order): Lisaera says, "But I've had to tell a subsequent two sets since then,
it seems no one is able to either just design the ceremony or even pass on the
information to their successor."

(Order): You say, "One of the things Ibaesha did comment on to me was about the
ability to add things to our guildhall, though she also said she'd lost her list
of the costs for doing so."

so much to the weave."

(Order): You say, "Mana and bromides for two, and we already have a health."

(Order): Lisaera says, "Perhaps I should just give up on this ceremony three
generations of Seren leaders have failed to design and change the titles with no
warning at all."

(Order): You say, "When I heard of Hartstone's change, I think it was after they
chose Lord Elcyrion as their patron."

(Order): Lisaera says, "That won't have anything to do with it, as I'm the only
one capable of changing them."

(Order): You say, "I admit, trying to think of what might be an appropriate
ceremony is a bit daunting an idea."

(Order): Lisaera says, "You no longer have to. My patience has run out so I have
changed them."

Just because I can be favored doesn't mean I will be, for things I would have been before
"I don't want to waste the favor" It's just sad.
Favors mean a lot to me. Now I just get applause and go about my day =P.
