Something odd:
Revan Claws-ed me, and it did 300 bleeding per tick (ramping up to 450 without clotting).
According to Daedalion, Bloodycaps with Shadowpulse does "barely 300". (unless he's exaggerating).

...wait, mages can do more bleeding damage than a Harbinger (and at the cost of 2 stanzas)?

Claws costs 3 power. With the exception of possibly using bubble or stoneflesh, I'd prefer just using the power on phantoms.

Claws hits 6 times I believe before fading, so 300-450 bleeding per hit 6 times for 3 power Don't even have to be in the same room to cast it if you got them with Sight stealer too

yeah but if your Forren, his phantoms probably do more than that or just as much per tic of actual damage + the affliction
