Rooms vary, I don't think the broom closet of the Gargling Pixie is the same size as the room Mother is in.

I doubt the fink's storage cupboard is as big as the top of Avechna's peak.

EDIT: Meh, ninja'd

And Phred, its not Ialie, its Megan Gwynn. And I dunno if she's still alive cause the latest issue of New X-Men ends with Magick (who looks uncannily like an evil viscanti) sucking out her soul. cry.gif

On the oceans: The only reason it shows oceans in the illustrated map is because there are oceans in the help files. Avechna's Teeth has the Marne Ocean on the other side and the Amberle Ocean is over the Razines. For the Northerns and Southerns, no oceans or seas are mentioned, so I'd say it's safe to assume we have land there. So maybe the Basin is an isthmus of some sort? Either way, I'm fairly certain we're not an island.

QUOTE
While I realize there are a lot of players who don't like for their characters to be seen as anything but stoic and infallible, I personally think this is ultimately a boring way to play due to how much it limits your options for participation and involvement in the game (namely to those scenarios where you know beforehand you are always correct).

I agree. I also notice a lot of players seem more interested in being right OOC than allowing for speculation. I'm a little disappointed that instead of using this for wonderful IC debates and RP people start attacking players for having different opinions and assume their view is dogma.

I fully expect we will see various twists and turns and surprises, swerves etc, as the elder histories are released and more plots are developed. And I suspect some player's heads will explode and they'll say "Estarra doesn't know how to write", etc, when things don't go as they expect.

Why is everybody obsessed with being correct all the time?
