You start it by solving the puzzle in crystal meadows. It's still bork. You can't complete it.
I want to do it! -mini quest tantrum-
Esano2011-03-22 01:54:25
Actually, I think the quest is fixed, it's just ludicrously hard to complete. I know Terae's is up to the final steps, but those final steps are just ... yeah.
For reference, 3+ hours bashing (and if you don't do it fast enough it resets) and you then need to solve more minesweeper puzzles than you fail. And you can fail on the first section you check. Which then destroys all those 3+ hours of work.
So yeeaaaah.

So for someone who hates questing, this would absolutely make me cry?

Yes. Minesweeper itself is horribly frustrating if you have a string of first click mines, I can only imagine the torture of having to kill things for three hours just for the chance to try.

When was that? I believe the last time I tried it was somewhere late 2010, so plenty could have changed.
Anyway, yeah. When I had to do the quest as part of an event, every single step of the quest except completing the puzzle24 was broken.

During the Gnafia Ascension event, so fairly recently.

That's when I tried last time as well. The minesweeper didn't work for Sarye.

Am I not finding some big secret in Crumkindivia? I have gone through every room... and I know there is another area to the bubble, but I can't seem to find it... grr!
Lilia2011-04-07 20:32:16
If you mean the goo factory, the entrance is at the far northern end of the river.
Unknown2011-04-07 22:20:17
There aren't any hidden rooms/areas/exits in Crumkindivia.

Okay, for the forest Kiakoda nature quest... I've done the eggs, put them in the proper place, give the snake bodies to Harrison, and then nothing else happened. I repeated the branches to make sure I got all the snakes, still nothing. What do? I've mentioned the word snake and stuff and tried to get the quest moving but nothing seems to work.

Hmm, haven't done that one in a while. Have you fixed the source of the snake problem, or are you having trouble getting there? That's the end of the forest mini-quest, I think.

I don't know how to fix the snake problem. I did find a hidden room though.
I've done the desert and polar quests.

The forest has like three hidden rooms, and a tunnel.

Then why do the Game Generated Maps on the website have a big open area that is on Crumkindivia... unless it isn't supposed to be there

My dream..is visiting the Forgotten Isle and saving Aestra in the far future. Not much luck entering the place, though.
Razenth2011-04-08 08:29:52
It's easier with two people due to a quirk in how the steps work. On the other hand, since you can't see the room you step into, you could step into the Temple with three aggro mobs in the room that tear you to pieces because you're a squishy robe wearing non Demigod. I recommend you bring a warrior with you.

I only get up to two steps from the middle beach in the Isle of Light. And then..boom. Back to square zero. An OOC friend was hinting at me to listen and I was like, I listened but there was no more to hear!Freaking ears of mine. I would, but so far nobody even replies when I ask if they know the place. The ones I know who do know the place..one OOC friend and a guildmate.

I'd just like to get into the Forgotten Isle. >.<
